3.  Financial Clearance

4.  Appropriate qualification to their profession

5.  Appropriate professional body membership

6.  Minimum 15 years experience in business

7.  Minimum 10 years experience in management

8.  Minimum 5 years experience in consulting / coaching

9.  Minimum 3 years experience running their own business
