Coaching

We recognise that to realise business goals and objectives takes time. As such, it is important that our clients are fully committed to the change process. To ensure this commitment, we offer our prospective clients a one month (1M) FREE TRIAL of our coaching service on a no obligation basis. This trial enables initial improvement objectives to be established and clarity of future directions to be pursued. Importantly, it enables both parties to develop a productive relationship which is vital to ongoing personal and professional development.

Centre 4 Business Coaching offers fixed term contracts over a minimum duration of 3 months. In most instances we can generate substantive results sooner, but a commitment of at least three months will give both client and coach a real chance to see positive sustainable change. There is a price benefit if the client signs a one-year contract. Contracts are renewed and renegotiated six weeks before the end of the contract period. C4BC prefers to use a flat fee monthly retainer. This allows our clients to budget for our services with no surprises. The monthly retainer packages are:

3M – Three months contract inclusive of 1 free business assessment Starting @ $550

6M – Six months contract inclusive of 2 free business assessments Starting @ $500

12M – Twelve months contract inclusive of 3 free business assessments Starting @ $400
